I was thinking of trying to do a quote a day...or week... or whenever... So here is the quote for the day:

Now I need to find a way to get to Yosemite. ;)

Storm

Thunder and lightning
dance
a dangerous
paso doble

Quick and nimble lightning
grabs her bright skirts
and stomps
sending sparks flying

Handsome thunder follows behind
on his knees
his melodic voice trying
to lull his vivacious partner,
but instead, making the world shiver with awe

Together they dance through
the heavens towing along
their audience of rain
and at last his song
dies out and her footsteps falter

The storm is over.

Hmmm I'm wondering if describing it as a dance doesn't make sense because I said thunder sings? I got inspired when I was watching a thunderstorm a little bit ago.
